Pimkie I had to give up to 20 days to the beauty of 130 € to pay them 2 times the amount delivered without seeing anything. But we are mad? The same happened to me in September, then October, with new account. It is clear that when an 'order is canceled, you also lose the opportunity to have it deleted from your archive, so if the deleted one was your very first order in the future you can not take advantage of the 15 euro discount on your first purchase that promise.
